Schools

Many young people struggle with their identity, body image and self worth leaving them in a place of confusion, crippled with anxiety and sometimes absolute despair. As a result, some may find themselves engaging in unhelpful and sometimes harmful coping mechanisms in order to get through each day.

We simply seek to provide a series of interactive and informative workshops within the secondary school setting to educate, equip and empower young people to make informed choices based on truth. As part of this programme, we also draw alongside young people who find themselves struggling with aspects such as eating disorders and anxiety.
